The Restaurant Manager we are looking for will have a high volume quality food led background, exceptional customer service skills, a real eye for detail and the ability to recruit and train great people and build sales. Alongside being financially and commercially astute with a working knowledge of kitchens.
The restaurant is table service in style and the food is all fresh with a morning breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea offer. All delivered with attentive service putting the customer experience at the heart of everything they do.
Role - Restaurant Manager
As the Restaurant Manager you will:
Oversee and work closely with the kitchen team, including cooking on occasion so you do need to have a strong working knowledge of kitchens
Deliver exceptional customer service
Attributes - Restaurant Manager
Experience as a restaurant/cafe/coffee shop manager in high volume fast paced commercial customer facing operations
Strong financial & commercial acumen
Excellent people, communication and man-management skills
Kitchen/cooking experience
Strong leadership, coaching, performance management and people development skills
