Our Business Development Manager's roles is to lead the business development strategy and new and existing retail relationships for Gunnebo Entrance Control in UK. This is a unique individual who will focus on developing new business for GEC but also look after and develop the key accounts we already have in UK. This position will be based in UK and reports to our Head of Sales for the UK.

Maintain and develop a client hunting list, pipeline and sales plan.
• Ensure the assigned annual sales plan for the role is achieved.
• Understand and interpret prospective client's security, operational and financial objectives.
• Work closely with operations to ensure major projects are successfully completed and signed off by the customer, and with all the colleagues to ensure the delivery of the sales targets, order intakes and Gross Margins
• Set up ways of monitoring performance of clients and ensure appropriate follow ups.
• Participate and support debt collection.
• Travel is required.

Demonstrable experience of working in the access control Industry (technical or sales or managerial) with a solid working knowledge of security solutions
• A strong network in the commercial properties and institutional verticals
• A proven background utilizing a consultative / solution sales approach strategy.
• Proven ability to network, prospect and convert new clients and build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software packages and overall computer skills and a preference with Dynamics 365.
• Possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
