Job Overview

We have ambitious growth plans in the UK and overseas. Your job will be to help us achieve these targets. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams on a daily basis and manage our in-house graphic designer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Green Rhino’s goals and vision.
  • Harness the most effective and efficient methods to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Oversee content creation with a strong focus on video.
  • Manage and analyse the performance of marketing tactics to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales to align and focus marketing activity.
  • Liaise with resellers to ensure correct brand representation and stimulate promotional activities.
  • Organise and represent the company at exhibitions and events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers and other stakeholders.
  • Set and monitor marketing KPIs.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Social Media).
  • Working knowledge of Wordpress.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
