As a result of growth, they are now recruiting for a Trainee Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach and Trainer to join their dynamic team.

They are offering a competitive starting salary of £29,400 plus an annual bonus and more than just financial rewards. This salary will be reviewed after successful completion of the Assessors Award, which will the company will pay for and support you through.

Your Role: As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of aspiring Early Years professionals. Supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years and Level 3 in Teaching Assistant (desirable).
• Creating and delivering engaging learning experiences that empower learners to excel in their chosen path.
• Providing insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help learners maximise their potential.
• Proactively monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality and effectiveness of your workload and practices to ensure outstanding learner experiences.
• Qualifications and Experience Required for the Early Years Trainer:
• Relevant qualification in Early Years education at Level 3 or above.
• Understanding of Apprenticeships and Government Training Programmes in Early Years Apprenticeships to Level 5.
• Vocational competence within Early Years/Child Care at Team Leader level or above.
• A genuine passion for coaching and training
• Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel within the designated region.
