About the Client Our client is a global leader in regulatory compliance services, supporting chemical, cosmetic, food, medical device, and consumer goods industries. They are expanding their EU and UK presence and seek a senior manager to lead and grow their European regulatory compliance operations.

Establish and lead a specialized regulatory compliance team for EU/UK markets, setting performance targets and achieving objectives.
• Develop and execute business strategies to capitalize on opportunities in EU/UK regulatory landscapes.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory shifts to position the client as a leader in compliance solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, associations, and regulatory authorities.
• BSc in Chemical, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resources, or related discipline; Minimum 10 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance in the chemical industry with expertise in REACH, CLP, and other EU regulations.
• Proven track record in business development and stakeholder management.
• Cultural fluency in EU/UK business norms preferred.
