Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to oversee the daily execution and strategic planning of our advertising campaigns across various channels. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to budget management, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee budgets for the entire paid digital marketing portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation based on performance metrics and strategic objectives on a daily basis.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, implementing adjustments based on performance insights.
  • Provide updates and strategic insights to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on campaign pacing and budget utilization.
  • Utilize Tableau and Google Analytics for data analysis, ensuring decisions are data-driven and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Deliver detailed reports and performance insights, including monthly and weekly presentations that highlight successes, learnings, and areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments (e.g., BI, Creative, Tracking) to ensure that marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with overall business goals.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels and strategies, maintaining a robust testing pipeline and adjusting media mix based on li.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience in forecasting
  • Familiarity with MMM and various attribution methodologies
  • Comfort with overseeing substantial marketing budgets
