The Role

You will work within the People Team providing administrative support across the business as well as providing support onsite to colleagues in the office. This a hybrid role with the expectation of two days minimum per week on site in the office.

Main duties will include:

Recruitment:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process and coordinating with candidates.
  • Conducting pre-employment screening and background checks.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new starter induction.
  • Managing the offboarding process for departing colleagues and supporting IT in ensuring the return of company property.

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, compensation, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
  • Assisting with monthly payroll processing
  • Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

Training and Development:

  • Supporting the administration of learning and development for colleagues, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and maintaining training records.

General Administrative Support:

  • Providing administrative support to the People team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
  • Preparing and providing People reports.

We're a high-tech company, so good technical skills are essential (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) coupled with excellent communication skills and an ability to work self-sufficiently.

  • 1 + HR experience.
  • A passion for our company and its purpose
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A- C Grade
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook etc.
  • Proficient in managing HRIS SYSTEMS Hibob Experience (desirable)
