What will you do?

  • Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to understand game requirements.
  • Take the lead in developing automated test scripts for functional, API, and regression testing.
  • Create effective automation test strategies and plans.
  • Define technical direction of auto-test solutions as the QA Automation Team Lead
  • Review and enforce coding standards, ensuring teams adhere to best practices in test automation.
  • Develop and maintain Python scenarios to collect performance metrics in all areas.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the automated testing department.
  • Develop, improve and be responsible for the direction of automation on the project.
  • Refine and improve the client framework, backend and validation checks.

What we are looking for?

  • Strong experience in a QA automation lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA, methodologies, tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and good communication skills.
  • Experience in creating and improving frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, for example Python
  • Experience with CI/CD.
  • Experience in test documentation preparation (test plans, suites, scenarios, and checklists).
  • Understanding of technologies such as Git or P4, Kibana, TeamCity, Docker .
  • Understanding of technologies such as SQL, SSH.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Experience in game development projects (an MMOFPS project would be an advantage).
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity.
