Software QA Automation Tester

About the Role

This office-based role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology from Monday to Friday. As an Automated Software Test Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of advanced software used to tackle complex engineering challenges worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct both UI and script-based automated testing to ensure software quality.
  • Define and develop comprehensive test cases for new software features.
  • Design and implement test plans for software releases.
  • Log, track, and assist in resolving issues to support product teams.
  • Develop and manage test environments on virtual and remote machines.
  • Investigate and perform root cause analysis of reported issues.
  • Contribute to and develop test strategies, including assessing technologies and methods for continuous integration, testing, and product delivery.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level software testing.
  • Proven experience in Automated Testing (Selenium or similar). Some web API experience. Knowledge of CI/CD processes and software development lifecycle.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Desirable: Experience or interest in.NET, C#, SQL Server, or Automated Test Frameworks.
  • Strong writing skills for documenting test processes and outcomes.
