Product and Marketing Manager

Pencil, a leading innovator in GenAI technology, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to spearhead the integration efforts of our platform. As the Product Manager for Integrations, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering leads and UX/UI designers, to own, manage, and evolve the integration capabilities of the Pencil platform. Your primary focus will be on seamlessly integrating Pencil with various media channels, ensuring creative best practices, data integrity, insights, and predictions are seamlessly incorporated into our workflow.
Analyze product data and user sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in integration features.
Collaborate with engineering leads and UX/UI designers to develop detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for upcoming integration features.
Oversee the design of integration features, including user testing and validation to ensure a seamless user experience.
Assist in QA (Quality Assurance) and design parity of integration features during pre-production stages.
Support the effort to communicate feature releases and measure their impact on product usage metrics and commercial performance.

Commercial metrics, including sales conversion rate and churn rate related to integrated features.
