An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join the Marketing team at TPI, the leading professional body in property management. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our growth through customer insight research, marketing analysis, and other key initiatives that drive the continued success of the organisation.

This is a dynamic and creative role, perfect for someone with a passion for marketing and a minimum of 4 years of generalist experience. You will need relevant qualifications, ideally a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (2:1 preferred), to effectively manage mixed media marketing campaigns and website management, alongside strong data analysis skills to support both the Policy and Marketing teams.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, from crafting engaging campaigns and emails to managing our website and analysing key data. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to elevate our brand and drive our mission of promoting excellence in the property management sector.

Creative and resourceful, with a passion for marketing
A minimum of 4 years of experience in relevant marketing role(s)
Skilled in a mixed media approach, including digital and print
Confident in using data to inform marketing strategies and support business initiatives
Marketing, Business, or a relevant degree (2:1 preferred) or equivalent experience in marketing or digital fields
Experience in B2B marketing; Skilled in creative marketing design, with knowledge of Canva or Adobe suite (an advantage)
In-depth knowledge of website building and CMS platforms such as Umbraco
Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong SEO knowledge, particularly in improving website SEO
Experience with email marketing systems like Dotdigital or similar
A flair for creating engaging content and excellent writing skills, with a high standard of literacy
Excellent communication skills and the ability to write/edit compelling content.

Dive deep into data with Excel, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking to understand traffic and campaign success
Present detailed reports on website, email, and social media performance to guide strategic decisions
