Role: Licensing Manager Company: Building 12, Chiswick Business Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5AN
The Licensing Manager will manage the regional outbound licensing of SEGA’s IPs, including Sonic the Hedgehog, for a selection category within the Softlines Portfolio (Apparel, Accessories, Home & other relevant consumer product categories). This is a key role within the licensing team that hold responsibility for helping to shape the licensing strategy for a major global entertainment business and is tasked with planning and executing on aggressive commercial targets.
Manage the related categories inclusive of licensees account management, analysing performance and marketing strategy for product sell-in and sell-through.
Oversee licensing contracts, negotiate key business terms with licensees and work closely with legal team to finalize contracts.
Develop a strong network across the business, liaise & collaborate with internal SEGA stakeholders including Marketing, Retail, Product Development, Finance, Legal, SEGA international offices etc…
Significant experience in a related role, with previous experience in Softlines or Retail.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects
Ability to travel as needed for stakeholder/partner meetings, trade shows, and events.
Strong MS Office including excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint
Degree educated and/or equivalent working experience.
