About the role We are seeking a hands-on, proactive marketing executive to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving our marketing initiatives, with a focus on email and content marketing. You’ll report to and work closely with the head of marketing and operations, as well as a senior freelance marketer, in a small team that values creativity, adaptability, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.

Assist with the development and optimisation of a range of membership marketing initiatives tailored to different geographies, sectors, buying roles and lifecycle stages
Execute and maintain email marketing campaigns in Hubspot, including audience targeting, template design, setup, automation and reporting
Design and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline marketing processes and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns
Support account-based marketing strategies by creating highly targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific target accounts
Create, maintain and optimise content for various platforms, including email, social media, and the company website/blog
Work on targeted paid LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on email marketing and content creation
~ Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools (Hubspot a plus)
