One of the UK's most prestigious and bespoke residential developers has an exciting and immediate opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their Central Scotland Office. You will join a strong Commercial team and deliver all commercial aspects for residential developments across Central and Northern Scotland.
There are lots of opportunities out there at the moment for Senior Quantity Surveyors, but few are able to offer the longevity and variety of residential projects that our client can - combine that with a commitment to career progression, an inclusive and diverse culture, a market-leading salary and a location easily accessed from Edinburgh, Glasgow, and the surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for all commercial and surveying activities, ensuring financial objectives are met-often on multiple sites at various stages of the build program.

Experience within the new built Residential Sector delivering Private and Social housing
• Working knowledge of Construction software tools such as COINS
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• Experience across the wider Construction Industry with a main contractor will also be considered

In addition to the salary and package, you will get the flexibility to plan your day-to-day duties- including working hours and planned visits to the site – all of which should cut down on travel and allow for a more flexible work/life balance.
