What You Will Do: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and cost control to optimise profitability. Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and operational policies. Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork and professional growth among staff members. Represent the venue in meetings, events, and networking opportunities within the industry and local community. What You Need To Be:

Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service An understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control Able to adapt to changing circumstances, industry trends, and operational requirements while maintaining composure and professionalism. Previous experience in hospitality management, including supervisory roles and familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards, is highly desirable.
