Join our apprenticeship programme as a Content Creator Apprentice and become part of our growing team. The role will be focused on supporting the delivery of our brand communications strategies through the creation of engaging content.
As a creative individual we want you to be curious and to develop a good understanding of our internal and external audiences and through your apprenticeship explore how we best engage these audiences through innovative and compelling content.
Your apprenticeship will last for 15 months , including learning and assessment, during which time you will be a member of our Marketing Department, working closely with the Brand Visualisation Manager and Communications team. You will be taught, and supported to execute, a range of creative content skills and work on projects that support your development and align to your apprenticeship with our training provider, The Learning Curve Group .
Day to day activities and projects may include:
Working with the Marketing teams to create engaging content against set briefs for a variety of different communications channels including social, website, email and print media
Supporting the Brand Visualisation Manager to deliver internal presentations, team briefs and films
Supporting Internal Communications to deliver branded content, including capturing photography at internal events
Use our research platform to test different content executions prior to implementation
Manage the saving, storing and accuracy of all content with our Digital Asset Management System
Bring insights from your learning on the latest content trends and best technologies for content creation
Alongside working closely with the Brand Visualisation Manager, you will be supported by a dedicated apprentice manager who will oversee your development, college progress, and ensure you are working on value-add business projects.
We encourage and empower our apprentices to strive for achievement with many of them having won awards at nationally recognised events for Sustainability, and Contact Centre contributions, and recognition awards through their colleges.
In order to develop relevant and specific skills, you will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship*, which will support you as you grow in your role. This part-time study will provide you with the opportunity to apply your learning to real-life business projects.

Participate in charity events
...A minimum of 5 GSCEs (A*- C or 9 - 4) to include English and Maths
Successful completion of Level 3 qualification (e.g. Suited to students with a keen interest in a career in marketing content and media
Previous work experience
Good IT skills - a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is sufficient, and

ability to pick up new software
~ Ideally able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, e.g. through part-time employment

Has a keen interest in content and wants to learn the concepts that sit alongside it
Good communicator and a creative thinker.
