As the Global Executive Engagement & Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll be at the heart of our global growth strategy. You'll build and nurture relationships with top executives and form strategic partnerships that drive our business forward. Your work will enable business leaders to connect, share insights, and tackle challenges together.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build Relationships: Connect with key executives (C-Suite, HR, talent acquisition) from major enterprises to expand our network and drive business growth.
  • Plan Events: Organize and manage executive meetings, conferences, and networking events, both in-person and virtually.
  • Create Content: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop high-quality content and educational programs for our executive network.
  • Manage Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations like Made By Dyslexia and the Blind Institute of Technology.
  • Evaluate Opportunities: Assess new partnership opportunities for strategic fit and mutual benefit.
  • Collaborate: Work with various internal teams to align partnership activities with our business goals.
  • Measure Success: Track the effectiveness of our events and partnerships, using KPIs and metrics to guide improvements.
