This role would work on a hybrid basis based at our Whitley office, but would require some travel. We see this role as operating 60% of the time from our Whitley office, 10% of the time in our Doncaster office, 5% from our Manchester office, and 25% of the time remotely.
As our People Advisor you will be responsible for providing HR support and advice to colleagues and management. The role heavily focuses on providing operational employee relations case management across 3 UK sites (Whitley, Redhouse, and Manchester). In this role you will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and improving colleague satisfaction and performance.
To be successful in this role you will have proven previous experience in a HR/People Advisory role, used to handling employee relation cases, and with a strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Competitive salary,

Have a high attention to detail, able to ensure accuracy in all HR processes and documentation,
