THE ROLE We are searching for a data-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager, EMEA who will oversee, optimise and grow the brand’s affiliate and partnership channels across the region. You will play a central role in scaling performance marketing activity through strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and network management—ultimately driving measurable revenue impact and high-value customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities Affiliate Program Management Lead day-to-day management of the EMEA affiliate program across platforms such as Impact, Awin, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc. Approve, onboard, and nurture affiliates, ensuring strong brand alignment and commercial value. Monitor and optimise KPIs including conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, CAC and partner efficiency. Support campaign launches, promotions, and product pushes through affiliate channels. Partner Development & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates, influencers, and publisher partners. Identify, recruit, and activate new partners aligned with EMEA growth objectives. Negotiate placements, rates, and incentive structures to drive incremental performance. Act as the primary point of contact for regional affiliate partners. Campaign Execution & Coordination Collaborate with creative, content, and performance teams to deliver assets, tracking links, and messaging. Ensure affiliate campaigns align with seasonal launches, paid media activity, and brand initiatives. Maintain promotional calendars and ensure all partner communication is timely, accurate, and on-brand. Tracking, Reporting & Optimisation Monitor daily performance and produce weekly/monthly reporting. Deliver insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI. Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and commission reconciliation in partnership with Finance and Analytics. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Performance Marketing, Paid Social, and eCommerce teams to ensure channel alignment. Share learnings that inform creative testing, audience targeting, and overall funnel optimisation. Support budget planning and business reviews with data-driven input. THE PERSON / SKILLS Experience & Capabilities 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or broader performance marketing. Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs via platforms such as Impact, Awin, Rakuten, or ShareASale. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and strategic action. Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability with partner networks. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
