Role Overview: As a Production Shift Manager, you'll be at the forefront of operations, overseeing the production process and ensuring seamless execution of production schedules. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining safety standards, optimizing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
