Multi-Skilled Operative - £12.64 per hour

4 on 4 off rotation
2 day shifts - 6am-6pm, 2 night shifts 6pm-6am, 4 days off.

Gi Group are currently seeking both General Production Operatives, and experienced production operatives that have the desire and capability to develop into upskilled roles.

The role is an ongoing position with regular opportunities to gain permanent contracts with our client.
Overview

  • Working environment is a clean and warm production site.
  • Handling low risk, none meat food product, no heavy lifting in production roles.
  • New, modern canteen and break area.
  • Shift teams of colleagues.

  • Any experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Role Overview
Production Operatives general duties are,

  • Packing
  • Palletising
  • Process cleaning.
Attention to detail and a focus on quality are important skills.
Good communication, spoken written and listening skills are essential.
