The Paid Media Account Director role would be ideal for a Paid Search / Paid Social Manager looking to progress and keep learning in this fast-moving industry. If there's a paid media platform out there, they have got it covered and they will make sure you do, too.A sound footing with Google Ads or Facebook Ads is our base-level must-have, and if you have expertise in both then expect to be fast-tracked through the process.This job includes a lot of data analysis and a lot of talking to clients, so you'll need to be good at both and enjoy them.From Day 1, you'll have their trust and the responsibility you are (hopefully) craving, as well as training, the chance to work directly with our founder and the chance to help shape our future.Designing, setting up and managing ad campaigns across Google, Facebook and other platforms, dependent on client needs (training will be provided as necessary)
Budget allocation, management and optimisation
Monitoring and optimising campaigns daily using data visualisation tools to identify issues and opportunities and take appropriate actions
Assisting in the training of junior staff
For the role of Paid Media Account Director, this agency are looking for this person to have the following skills and experience:
~Extensive knowledge of Paid Search or Paid Social (both is a bonus)
~ Strong communication and account management skills
~ Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
