In this role, you will be responsible for supporting individual branch managers and their teams, driving business growth, and increasing profitability while upholding the highest standards of customer service. This position requires a flexible approach, with the ability to address the unique needs and interests of each branch while aligning with the overall company objectives.
# Assist and mentor branch managers and their teams to achieve targets, increase market share, and enhance overall performance.
# Monitor performance: Assess branch and manager performance, identify areas for improvement, implement corrective plans, and provide constructive feedback and recognition.
# Work closely with the Head of Residential to drive business growth and align regional activities with overall company objectives.
# Identify training needs: Recognise and address training requirements to enhance team capabilities.
# Lead and present at strategic network meetings to drive business improvement and growth
# Handle escalated complaints: Manage escalated complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company reputation.

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate agency management, preferably with expertise in overseeing multiple offices. A competitive compensation package
