Mandarin Oriental is looking for a Floor Manager to join our Aubrey team.

The Aubrey is a Japanese Izakaya & Bar concept with 132 covers and a private dining room serving brunch, dinner and late-night drinks. Our menu features classic dishes from Japanese cuisine, in interpretations that adapt and change with the seasons.
The restaurant has been created as a partnership between Maximal Concepts and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. As a Floor Manager at The Aubrey, you will be responsible for:
Become an expert on the menu and have a passion for Food & Beverage and service.
Coordinating the service of food and beverages together with the Restaurant Manager efficiently and accurately.
As a Floor Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary but are mainly brunch, evening or late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Floor Manager candidate , you will ideally have previous Floor Manager experience in a high standard and fast paced hospitality establishment. You are passionate about food & beverage and providing the best experience to guests and colleagues.
