The Role: As a Senior Dealer, you’ll play a pivotal role in both revenue generation and client management. You’ll be expected to: Build and grow your own profitable FX portfolio, with full support from our sales team and referral network. Manage and retain clients introduced by our business development team, ensuring exceptional service and maximising trading volumes. Execute trades across spot, forward, and hedging strategies with precision and professionalism. Contribute to the growth of the dealing desk, with the potential to lead and mentor junior dealers as the team scales. Stay ahead of market trends and provide clients with timely, relevant insights to help them manage currency exposure. What We’re Looking For A proven track record in corporate foreign exchange, ideally with annual billings of £250k+ . Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to advise, trade, and build long-term relationships. Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members (desirable, not essential). Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to thrive in a growing, agile environment. FCA regulatory awareness and adherence to compliance standards. A second, European language desirable.
