As an Event Manager, you'll be an integral, senior part of the team contributing to the seamless execution of our experiences, working directly with our key clients. This is a multifaceted fast paced role which will give you the opportunity to grow and experience all aspects of the events world. You will be involved in event planning, proposals, budgets, on-site management, initial client contact to post-event reconciliation, whilst also managing critical supplier relationships. Venue account management
- Working closely with some of the finest and most prestigious hotels in the South of England (our venue partners), to ensure we offer the best possible service, are like part of their team, and we are their event partner of choice.
 
Demonstrate creative thinking and recognise team activities that create impactful experiences.

Ensure all suppliers' risk assessments and insurance details are current. Research and identify new suppliers to expand our network.
 
Being able to work with the leadership team in developing new and exciting world leading team products is desirable as we aim to shift ALL our products ‘in house’ to ensure the quality, consistency and uniqueness of our products.
 
Event planning
- Assist in planning events from taking client briefs, creating proposals, updating budgets, organise logistics, effectively design and manage event layouts, to on-site delivery, ensuring all details align with client expectations.
 
Event setup and de-rig
- Assist in the setup and de-rigging of events, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place and well-maintained.

Actively participate in onsite event delivery and managing logistics.
 
Support our sister company, Crescendo, on project deliverables when required, and identify areas to introduce the broader portfolio of products and services to our client base.
 
A seasoned event professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Event Management and strong project management skills within this or a similar industry
· A committed “team player”, with the ability to lead projects as well as working with peers as part of a support team
· Willingness to travel to ensure delivery of events, on site, midweek and weekends and to work additional hours if required to meet finite deadlines.
· Highly competent at multi tasking with an ability to juggle a workload of live events, proposals and other administration tasks.
· Intermediate level across all Microsoft applications, knowledge of other Event relevant software applications would be advantageous. 
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle to travel to the office (Staines-on-Thames) and events which are predominantly within the Windsor radius.
