The Role: Junior Sales Assistant As a Junior Sales Assistant at Myriad Solutions, you’ll be on the front line of customer interaction. You’ll learn how to communicate effectively, understand customer needs and present our products or services in a clear, confident manner. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build practical skills that form the foundation for a long-term career in sales. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Engaging with customers, offering product information and answering questions Supporting the sales process by identifying customer needs and presenting solutions Learning how to demonstrate products and communicate value clearly Assisting with sales administration, basic reporting and customer follow-ups Ensuring displays and sales areas remain organised and presentable Working alongside experienced team members who will mentor and guide your development This is an on-site role in Essex , Monday to Friday, offering structure, consistency and a collaborative working environment.
