Salesforce Tech Lead - Salesforce Partner Start : January - February 2026 Salary : DOE Hybrid working with some travel to London Office required This will be a chance to join a growing yet established Salesforce partner with a focus across SMB & Mid Market organisations across the UK and Europe. You'll lead on all the technical design and build work for customers and being hands on with development work when required and as a point of escalation for a small development team. You'll work closely with Consultants and Customers to help translation business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience required -- Extensive Salesforce project delivery experience required ideally at another Salesforce Partner or similar consulting environment -- Expert level APEX and LWC with API and Integration experience required -- Good understanding of Salesforce technical architecture and data modelling -- Comfortable owning technical decisions and steering technical strategy with a customer -- Comfortable managing teams & working closely with stakeholders -- Product experience: Service, Sales & Experience Cloud (Revenue Cloud, MuleSoft and FSL bonus) For more information on the business and role apply blow or reach out directly to ryan.eastwood@synapri.com
