THE HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN

We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead our client's supply chain operations in the UK and Europe.. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the supply chain function.
  • Strategic supply chain planning.
  • Management of demand planning and updating of existing systems; forecasting, stock management and procurement.
  • Inventory/stock optimisation to future proof for growth.
  • Quickly and effectively solving issues that come up within the supply chain.
  • Seeking continuous improvements and sourcing cost effective solutions for supply chain processes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Will need to have strong experience in a similar Supply Chain Management role from within a FMCG, D2C, E-Commerce, Start-up, or SME environment. You will also need:

  • Proven experience in supply chain including demand planning, stock management, procurement and fulfilment.
  • Analytical skills, ability to utilise and develop existing information systems to improve current processes.
  • Proven experience of managing and leading a team.
