You will be part of a team responsible for the Health, Safety & Environmental Management on site and representing the business to the client. Utilising your previous experience as a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager you will be responsible for the managing of Health, Safety & Environmental advisers as well as site teams and management of subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include: Induction training for new employees, also subcontractors as well. Conduct suitability checks for all plant, materials & equipment. Perform risk assessments & method statements. Manage accident investigations and reports. Report directly into the Managing Director, Operations Director & Construction Director, Providing the necessary guidance, legislation's update and reports. Create and promote campaign to encourage Health & Safety and promote awareness. Consult with the local Health & Safety governance.
