Senior Reward Analyst Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Location: City of London Hybrid working: 2 days office / week Our client, a respected financial services firm, is seeking a Senior Reward Analyst to join its London-based HR team. This is a hands-on role vital to the delivery of core reward processes and accurate reporting. It will also gain exposure to strategic reward incentives, working on the harmonisation of legacy schemes, and development of new ones. Working within a small, collaborative team, you will manage day-to-day reward activities and provide essential support to HR and business leaders. You will play a key role in ensuring compensation and benefits programmes run smoothly, data is accurate, and regulatory requirements are met. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain reward data for annual compensation review processes. Conduct benchmarking and job evaluation to support market competitiveness. Produce accurate reports and analysis for reward queries and regulatory submissions. Assist with budget tracking and monitoring throughout the reward cycle. Deliver compliance reporting, including gender pay gap and equal pay reviews. Provide practical advice to HR Business Partners and managers on reward policies. Experience: Solid experience in reward operations, ideally within financial services. Strong understanding of annual reward cycles and benchmarking processes. Advanced Excel skills with confidence handling large data sets. Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical ability. Clear communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Highly organised and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
