Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Formulate and implement recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and securing top-tier talent for a variety of roles.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and explore innovative approaches to target the desired candidate pool effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our UK team on various HR matters, and meticulously prepare all contractual documents, including employment contracts, references, and certificates.
Take charge of maintaining personnel files, keep information on our HR system (Personio) up to date, and provide support to the Country Manager for monthly payroll processes.
Foster open communication with employees, actively contributing to the development and maintenance of our corporate culture.
