Join our Partnerships team as a Senior Partnerships Manager . You will play a pivotal role in cultivating long-term relationships with partners and in expanding the channels through which we excite our potential customers for Moss. Relationship Building - Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners. Negotiation & Agreement - Lead negotiations with partners to create and finalize agreements, ensuring that commercial terms are beneficial. Collaborate closely with legal and executive teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
This may include joint marketing campaigns, co-selling initiatives, and referral programs. Continuously monitor and optimize partnership performance to maximize financial outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with various internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to align partnership activities with Moss' overall business goals. Proven experience in B2B partnership roles or business development in a fast-growing SaaS or financial services company
Fluent in English (C2)
Ownership: you fully own your tasks, your constant learning progress and partner relationships, proactively overcoming obstacles and ensuring success aligned with broader business goals.
