Event Operations Associate

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Associate to support our online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes.
This role is a F ull-time position based at our Nottingham facility.
Ensuring all the online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes administered in accordance with the organization's customer service and quality standards
Assists with onboarding and on the job training of the team to be highly functional and effective
Work with Customer Happiness team in the event of a customer complaint
Perform administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels, paperwork for shipping companies, process cancelations etc. Ensure standards for quality and health and safety are met
Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures (e.g. shipments, safety standards, stocking)
Verify inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Retail, Inventory is an asset
