We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Associate to support our online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes. This role is a Full-time position based at our Nottingham facility. WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE Ensuring all the online order fulfillment and retail order shipment processes administered in accordance with the organization’s customer service and quality standards Assists with onboarding and on the job training of the team to be highly functional and effective Work with Customer Happiness team in the event of a customer complaint Perform administrative tasks such as creating shipping labels, paperwork for shipping companies, process cancelations etc. Labeling/Releasing stock and orders Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials when needed Ensure standards for quality and health and safety are met Assist in maintaining warehouse standards of cleanliness and organization and ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintained Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures (e.g. shipments, safety standards, stocking) Verify inventory control and counts to ensure product stock is up to date Perform operational duties such as receiving, restocking, replenishing, wrapping skids when needed SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills, ability to navigate between several modules/programs Effective time management and communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc. Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in Retail, Inventory is an asset WHAT YOU'LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
