Term: 6-month rolling, 3 days per week

 

About us:

Dynamics Connect are a Microsoft Partner based in the UK specialising in Business Central, we’re looking to bring on a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Functional/Technical Consultant with a background in requirements gathering, design, implementation, and support of Business Central solutions for the UK SME market, on a contract basis.

As a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Functional Consultant, you could be involved in the full end to end cycle of implementation to customer support and requirement gathering, to small consulting parts on a particular project.

This is a contract role at 3 days a week, on a rolling 6-month contract.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and collaborate with other team members to work towards successful project delivery for our customers.
  • Work with the commercial team in a pre sales capacity to assess with performing software solution demonstrations and assistance with proposals.
  • Previous experience with implementation and upgrades in BC
  • Carry out project scoping, engaging with clients to clearly define their business requirements, reviewing the client relevant internal business processes, with a view to designing optimum solutions.
  • Document clients requirements and assisting with the development of accurate project plans guiding our clients through a successful implementation.
  • Independently oversee project implementation training and support with the client.
  • Act as a point of escalation for support incidents (where appropriate), providing resolutions where needed.
  • Provide support to our clients as and when needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working within Dynamics 365 Business Central (and NAV is preffered but not required)
  • Knowledge of all modules in Business Central
  • Experience in design, implementation, support and management of Business Central.
  • Ability to assist in developing accurate project plans, with the track record of delivering on budget and on time.
  • Ability to accurately estimate effort and time required from the team to deliver the solutions the client needs.
  • Ability and relevant experience in working with clients with a diverse set of requirements across multiple industries.
  • Willingness to travel to offices and client location when required to meet the needs of business.
