As a Senior Formulation Scientist, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of solid dosage formulations, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, efficacy, and safety. You will lead formulation projects from concept through to commercial production, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Project Management: Oversee formulation projects from R&D through to commercial scale-up, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

* GMP Compliance: Ensure all formulation activities are conducted in strict adherence to GMP standards, including documentation, validation, and quality control processes.

* Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve formulation and manufacturing issues, using your expertise to optimize processes and improve product performance.

* Regulatory Support: Prepare and review technical documentation for regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

* Collaboration: Work closely with analytical, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of formulation processes into production.

D. or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
