Job Title: Regional Sales Executive Location: Essex Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Basic (Salary is Negotiable), Plus Bonus & Commission Scheme, Profit Share Bonus, Company Car, Phone, Laptop, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension. Job Description: We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive to come onboard a well-established Powered Access Hire company, based in Essex. This is an organisation, who have grown steadily through natural expansion and acquisition over the years, now holding a strong national reach. Providing good customer service, and empowering and supporting their employees, has led to them developing a strong business reputation, and securing repeat business from a trusted customer base. As Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business sales within your assigned territory, as well as nurturing and developing existing relationships. You will be supported in your role, alongside being provided with a highly incentivising bonus structure to maximise your earning potential. Responsibilities of the Role: • Develop new sales leads and drive new business revenue on a regional scale • Build relationships with customers, and work to understand their needs. • Manage, nurture and develop relationships with existing accounts, pushing repeat business across your portfolio • Demonstrate and present products and services to clients • Negotiate sales deals and contracts with clients Requirements of Role: • Experience in a Sales Executive, Outbound Sales, Internal Sales, or Hire Controller position • Experience in the Tool Hire, Plant Hire, Powered Access or Construction Hire / Rental industry • Must be confident in building relationships • Must hold a Driving Licence If you are someone who fits the above requirements and would like to find out more about this opportunity please speak to Zoe Mansfield at Elite Consultancy Network - 0121 450 5000 – zoe.mansfield@elitecn.co.uk
