Contract term: Permanent, Part-Time
Contract type: Your role will be to lead students in Years 12 and 13, taking responsibility for ensuring high quality pastoral support, high levels of attendance and promoting the highest standards of behaviour and so supporting curriculum and pastoral initiatives to ensure that every student will thrive and succeed.
You will work a longer working day, plus 2 Inset days, relevant Parent and Open Evenings and an additional 2 days in the school holidays to cover Results Days or other similar events, which is compensated as annualised hours, and paid as an All Year Round salary.
