As a Fusion Payroll & Benefits Techno-Functional Lead , you will leverage a blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, along with strong leadership skills, to successfully lead implementation projects and support ongoing operations within the HCM domain.

Deliver L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of incidents.
Manage end-to-end UK payroll cycles, including pre-payroll validations, payroll calculation and auditing, payment processing and costing, and post-payroll reconciliation and reporting.
Oversee UK-specific statutory payroll processes such as RTI submissions (FPS, EPS), P45, P46, P60, P11D, statutory payments (SMP, SSP, SAP, SPP, SHPP), student and postgraduate loans, and auto-enrolment pensions.
Investigate and resolve payroll issues related to elements and balances, fast formulas (payroll, calculation, absence), payroll flow orchestration, and costing/accounting integration.
Perform quarterly update impact analysis and regression testing to validate UK statutory changes.
Collaborate with business teams to gather functional requirements, provide configuration and testing support, and deliver clear documentation.
Prepare SOPs, root cause analyses, and functional design documents to support ongoing operations.

In-depth understanding of UK statutory rules, including PAYE, NI categories, tax codes, RTI (FPS, EPS, NVR), pension auto-enrolment, statutory payments (SMP, SSP, etc.), and apprenticeship levy.
Expertise in payroll configuration (e.g., Hands-on experience supporting monthly and weekly payroll cycles in a production environment with strict SLAs.
