**About the role**

This is an excellent opportunity to join AerFin’s People Team in a newly created role in a growing business. You will work closely with our Global Payroll Provider to deliver the accurate and timely processing of 7 payrolls across Europe and APAC (including administration of our benefit plans) for our 230 people.

As the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance, and supporting clear communication with employees regarding their compensation and benefits. Your role will involve gathering payment information, maintaining accurate payroll records, and providing employees with the necessary resources to keep them informed about payroll and benefits matters.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data within the HRIS system (HiBob), including starters, leavers, and any updates or changes to employee information.
- Support the payroll process by ensuring data is properly entered into the system and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits, liaising with providers as needed.
- Coordinate open enrollment and assist employees with benefits inquiries.
- Oversee payroll and benefits reporting, generating necessary reports, and ensuring data accuracy. Flag any discrepancies to the payroll management provider (ADP) for resolution.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related questions or discrepancies, providing clear and prompt responses.
- Manage the implementation and rollout of ADP, including data cleansing, collection, and entry, to ensure a smooth and accurate transition.
- Manage payroll mailbox requests.
- Conduct benefits orientations and support new hire onboarding.
- Ensure all payroll and benefits processes are compliant with current regulations, conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
- Contribute to HR projects as needed

**Experience & Skills**
- Proven experience in HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., HiBob, ADP, Pento).
- Familiarity with UK payroll and benefits regulations.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A-level qualification or higher, with a certification in payroll (e.g., CIPP) being a plus.
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management experience is a plus.
