Business Development Manager - Medical Devices / Hospital Accounts.


Remote, but based in the UK.

We are looking to hire a highly motivated business development/sales professional with demonstrated experience to identify and develop new accounts while maintaining and servicing existing accounts; market segments include medical device and personalized healthcare applications. Must be effective at developing strong business relationships with key decision makers and developing business opportunity with the primary measurements being account identification, face to face meetings, account development and retention measured against quarterly and annual revenue quotas. Prefer candidates with medical device experience in orthopaedics, spine, trauma, CMF, and hospital account experience.

Directs development of tactical sales plans by product, channel, key account, or territory.
Coordinates with peers in other business units/divisions/regions/territories to capture and drive synergies where they may
Supports implementation and execution of sales tools and training required for successful achievement of sales objectives including sales training/coaching, product training, systems applications, etc. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field desired.
~Prefer candidates with orthopaedic, spine, trauma, CMF and hospital account experience
~ Possess knowledge and experience in personalized healthcare space working with medical device companies and hospitals to bring customized solutions to the market.
~ ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations, and drive actions.
~ Strong analytical skills – able to assist in identifying and providing solutions to complex operational and financial issues within customer and prospect opportunities.
~ This position requires frequent travel, including overnight destinations.
