Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Logistics Management:
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for project execution.
Coordinate transportation, storage, and distribution of resources to project sites.
Package Management:
Manage multiple project packages concurrently, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Communicate project status, milestones, and issues effectively through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience (5 years) as a Project Manager in the construction or surveying industry.
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP, RICS) are desirable but not essential.
