Due to company growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in Canterbury.



Working closely with the Head of Clinical Logistics, support the effective and efficient operational running of all clinic activities.

In collaboration with the Head of Clinical Logistics, participate in the review and improvement of clinical operational systems and processes, enabling continual improvement in line with the company’s quality improvement strategy.

Oversee and line manage a team of clinic coordinators, enabling a culture of progression, recognition and reward in conjunction with clear performance expectations.

Oversee the audit schedule for the department, ensuring audits are completed on time and accurately in line with the company’s Audit policy and procedure as well as CQC and contractual requirements.

In collaboration with Client Experience and Quality, monitor feedback and assist with investigation of complaints, non-conformances/deviations, adverse incidents and near misses as well as working collaboratively to determine CAPAs across the service and ensuring findings are routinely shared with the team.

In collaboration with the Business Intelligence team, obtain and analyse key data and metrics to ensure effective management of all operational processes related to the department.

Using data metrics to accurately forecast recruitment needs in order to ensure adequate clinician capacity to meet business and contractual targets.

Working with the Head of Clinical Logistics and the Facilities Manager, locate and mobilise new clinic locations ready for clinical operations.

In conjunction with the Facilities and Office Managers, ensure appropriate clinical equipment is on site and maintained to a high standard.

In conjunction with the Service Managers, monitor and review clinician compliance with internal protocols and procedures, escalating to Head of Clinical Logistics as necessary.



Demonstrable awareness of neurodevelopmental conditions – an understanding of how autism and ADHD assessments work will be an advantage.

Ability to collate, present, and interpret data.

Understanding of private and NHS healthcare structure / systems / pathways across the UK (e.g. Confidence to raise concerns with management if targets/KPIs are not being met or at risk of not being met.

Ability to enhance business development including creation of growth strategies.

Confident in presenting information and data to wider team.

The role is based in the centre of Canterbury, Kent (Please note there is no onsite parking). The typical working week is Monday-Friday; 1 weekend day every 4 weeks, to provide "on call" management support to the weekend teams.
