This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of customer managed service projects and e-catalogue updates within Purchasing (Marketplace). You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure catalogue content is accurate, consistent, and delivered in line with commercial and service commitments.
This role is based at our York office, with the flexibility and remote working. Lead and manage end-to-end e-catalogue and managed service onboarding projects, including planning, prioritisation, scheduling, and delivery
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of catalogue changes and service enhancements
Facilitate regular project status reviews, identifying risks and issues, and driving resolution to maintain delivery timelines
Validate and review catalogue data to ensure accuracy and alignment with commercial and supplier specifications
Drive continuous improvement across catalogue management processes, documentation, tools, and quality assurance methods
Prepare, manipulate, and upload data using Excel to ensure accurate publication within the Purchasing platform
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience validating and preparing data in Excel
