Manage the collection and prevention of housing-related debt up to an agreed threshold.
Coordinate with the Income Managers to ensure efficient debt collection processes.
Manage and monitor the effective collection of housing, garage, former, and sundry debts.
Collaborate with Income Managers on managing accounts up to an agreed threshold.
Promote financial inclusion across the Eastlight resident community.
Contribute to pertinent projects and perform other reasonable tasks within the Income team.
A genuine commitment to the principles of equality and diversity.
Knowledge and experience of the legal processes involved in housing-related debt collection.
An understanding of financial inclusion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

~£Fixed Term 10 Month contract, Fulltime
~ Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution – Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%).

~ Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity and Adoption – 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] – Subject to eligibility
