As a Governance Strategy Manager in our Creator & Content Governance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making to shape the policies and processes governing our E-commerce creators and their content on the platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business challenges, design innovative solutions, and ensure policy alignment with governance goals and business expectations. Monitor, analyze and interpret key e-commerce content metrics, integrate data insights with user feedback and case analysis to identify emerging content quality issues, abuse trends and potential ecosystem risks. - Formulate targeted policies and strategies to address business challenges, continuously evaluate the effectiveness of governance measures, ensuring content compliance and consumer experience enhancement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders worldwide, such as Product, Legal, Moderation, Engineering, Business Teams, etc., to effectively implement governance policies and enforcement strategies - Implement end-to-end lifecycle management for e-commerce creators. Combine governance strategies and policies to guide creators' standardized operations, support high-quality creator development, and establish a healthy and sustainable creator ecosystem on the platform. 3+ years experience in governance, content strategy or a related role, preferably within E-commerce, technology, or a similar fast-paced industry. - Demonstrated project management experience, with proven ability to drive project execution and lead cross-functional initiatives effectively. - Excellent communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to develop and communicate complex strategies in writing as well as driving effective collaboration with global teams. - Proficient in SQL or other programming languages, with strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. - Bachelor's degree and above, preferably in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related fields.
