There is a need to hire a Payment Specialist for our London based client. The company provides its customers with a hassle-free digital payments experience, helping them to navigate the financial landscape with a focus on FX and money remittance. They are going through a period of growth currently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day processing of payment transactions
- Monitor payment systems
- Collaborate with product development teams to introduce new payment services and enhance existing ones
- Implement and monitor fraud prevention measures
- Work closely with IT and technology teams to integrate and optimise payment systems
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, payment networks and other financial institutions
- Facilitate smooth payment operations
- Resolve issues related to payment processing
- Verify identity of customers and assess risks associates with their transactions
- Provide training to staff on payment processes an compliance requirements
Requirements:
- 2-4 years as a Payment Specialist
- Experience in the Payment or Banking sectors
- Experience in high risk sectors
The individual will be on site in Marylebone 5 days per week.
