Are you a Building Control Surveyor seeking a fresh challenge? Sarto Thomas are delighted to be working with a client in the Building Control industry as they search for a RBI Class 2F to join their team.

As a Building Control Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of building control activities for our client's projects. This presents a remarkable opportunity for a candidate with a demonstrated track record in building control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a portfolio of construction projects, including plan checking and on-site technical assessments
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
  • Stay abreast of dynamic changes in building regulations and swiftly address compliance issues during construction.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Take a lead on major projects

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in a similar building control role
  • Membership of an appropriate body (e.g., RICS, CIOB or CABE.)
  • Class 2F/3 RBI
  • Chartered Membership (Desired)
  • Membership in an appropriate professional body such as RICS, CIOB, or CABE.
  • Experience in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team and as an individual.
  • Drive to develop professionally
