Your responsibilities will include sourcing and vetting quality candidates, matching them with suitable roles, and providing ongoing support to schools and educators throughout the recruitment process. We are looking for experienced candidates in this sector, whether that be in education or another sector of recruitment. The main thing is we will be looking for the right person to bring energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector of special educational needs and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.
What will you be doing?- Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of the best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
- Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration
- Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
- Be a data input and data management wizard
A Day in the Life:
- Your typical day as a Recruitment Consultant will be dynamic and fast-paced.
- From conducting educator interviews to liaising with schools in school service reviews and collaborating with colleagues, each day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.
Our shifts range from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with adjusted hours during the summer holidays to ensure work-life balance. Who we are looking for:
